Victor is a very sweet 6 year old tri colored basset boy. He is very afraid of men, so he cant be placed in a home with men at all! Its clear hes afraid and he reacts by lunging at men. If men arent around, hes docile and sweet. He is afraid of his shadow now, but were hoping to find a home where he can build confidence and overcome whats caused his insecurity.
