Basset Hound - Deuce (bonded With Daisy xxxx) - Medium - Adult
Theyre a bonded pair of adorable hounds. Deuce and his mate, Daisy, were rehomed by their owner yet ended up in a shelter just days later. We initially thought Deuce had been hit by a car as he favored his back leg and it was noticeably swollen. Once we were able to get him to a vet for medical treatment it was determined to be a tumor, not a break and more so Synovial Sarcoma. Deuce had surgery on October 25, xxxx to amputate his leg. Deuce is just 7 years old and is in Suncoast Basset Rescue's foster care with his favorite girl, Daisy.
