My name is Max. Im a ten year-old basset boy. Im a big, happy guy. By big, I mean, I hope you have a strong back when you hoist me into the car! But Im on a diet to shed those pesky pounds, and Im pretending it doesnt matter to me. But inside, I wish it was pizza and chips again. Im not overly affectionate, but I do like to sleep on the bed and spread out (naturally). And I do my best to always put on a good smile. I love being photographed (even though the camera adds an extra thirty pounds) and I grin whenever a camera appears. I am food aggressive (wouldnt you be, with nothing but rationed gruel?), so I eat in a separate room from the other dogs. But otherwise, Im as sweet as can be, and am always willing to share a meal.
